fusionSpan is fast growing information technology services company, and we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Salesforce team at the Headquarters in Rockville, MD.

The Senior Business Analyst will be working with multiple non-profits, implementing and managing their Salesforce CRM entity. Duties will include but are not limited to running discovery sessions, requirements gathering, gap analysis, data analysis, product demonstrations, creating reporting, troubleshooting, administration, support, and training.

Required Skill Set

• Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience working with multiple clients simultaneously in a consulting capacity is a must
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a must
• Salesforce Certification is good to have
• Experience with Agile Processes is good to have
• Strong written and interpersonal skills are very important
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

The right person will be self-motivated and adaptable. This position requires someone who wants their work to make a difference, is a fast learner, has an instinctive problem-solving mentality and experience conceptualizing and creating out of the box solutions. Ability to work in a Mac / Apple work environment is strongly preferred.
