Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in an online Media and Publishing organisation based in the City of London, for a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. You will work collaboratively with a Project Manager to oversee the Salesforce day-to-day as well as play a vital role in the 2020/2021 project pipeline (and thereafter).

This role will be perfectly suited to a BA who has an in depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform but doesn't quite enjoy the hands on portion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and other requirement gathering meetings
• Create business scenarios, requirements and user stories
• Support agile delivery ceremonies

Skills & Qualifications - please note you will not be suitable for this role if you do not have the following:

• 5 years experience as a business analyst as a minimum
• Delivered at least 2 Salesforce implementation projects
• Worked in agile environments
• Worked with in the publishing, online media or subscription services industry (not a deal breaker but other candidates have been rejected for not having the relevant industry experience)
