Behavioural Response is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant with a focus in Marketing Cloud!This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Behavioural Responses clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality services, and solutions. Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small, and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations, and government.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system, and user testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live supportProvide project teams with best practices based on experience as well as current Behavioural Response standards May act as a liaison between partners, clients, and technical teams Be the first level of escalation for external client and project teamLead process-driven customer conversations and workshops related to sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and operational processes and any other process as necessary to support the clientEffectively translate customer needs into functional and/or technical, well-organized, documented project requirements and/or user stories as needed to support a successful project outcomeEffectively translate and communicate customer requirements and/or user stories into solutions that enable the customer to achieve its goals as needed to support a successful project outcome Ensure all necessary project deliverables are completed using Behavioural Response standardsComplete and maintain all project management deliverables using Behavioural Response standards Work within a team to produce on-time, high quality, scalable and suitable services, and deliverablesContribute to a collaborative team environment by encouraging and leading solution brainstorming, internal knowledge sharing and skill development Participate in design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform optimizing declarative functionality as needed to support a successful project outcomeRecommend alternate approaches and analyze impacts and facilitate sizing estimate process Facilitate client requirements and design sessions Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing as needed to support a successful project outcomeAnalyzing and mitigate bugs and issues as needed to support a successful project outcome Participate in design and code reviews Support release planning and deployment Provide client training supportManage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions andamp escalations Define project short and long-term goals, identify success criteria, and coordinate client and delivery resource roles and responsibilitiesDrive delivery teams to produce on-time, high quality, scalable and suitable services, and deliverablesContribute to pre-sales customer scoping sessions with the Sales Team as necessaryMarketing Cloud ResponsibilitiesAbility to advise clients in advanced Marketing Cloud solutions Design and build custom data models in Marketing Cloud using data extensions, write SQL queries, and advanced Automations in Automation StudioExecute declarative development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Perform extensive personalization utilizing using AMPscript and dynamic send classifications Build custom preference centers utilizing cloud pages, AMPscript and SSJSCreate advanced journey interactions with Marketing Cloud Social Studio, Ad Studio and Mobile Studio Create messaging strategies with Mobile Studio, utilizing Mobile Connect and Mobile Push Plan campaigns within Journey Builder Develop Ad Studio/Audience Studio solutions for campaign goalsUse Datorama for building intelligent analysis options for clients Ability to demonstrate API calls via Postman, or similar for Client, utilizing a REST or SOAPPreferred Qualifications Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferredExperience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniquesRequired Skills andamp Experience 5 years working within a Consultant Role or a customer-facing role in an advisory capacityAt least two years of project management experience deploying technical solutions for customers while leading a team and effectively communicating with all stakeholdersUnderstanding of Agile and Waterfalls methodologyFamiliarity with cloud-based, enterprise-level packaged applicationsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentUnderstanding of Agile application development Practical and applied knowledge of software development best practices such as requirement tracking/documentation and code reviewsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate and document complex messages and requirements, including User Story creation and refinementStrong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline-driven environmentMarketing Cloud Required Skills andamp Experience One or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certificationHTML / CSS: Familiar with responsive design coding practices and ability to debug rendering issuesKnowledge of other marketing automation solutions such as Adobe Marketing Cloud Advisory experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations to external platforms - Cloud solutions, Web
