Senior Salesforce Developer - $120-140K - Chicago, IL

A US Based Salesforce Partner is looking to add a Senior Salesforce Developer to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience defining technical solutions, gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing best practices on time and within budget. This candidate must be an expert in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have four+ years of consulting experience and experience leading three+ full lifecycle implementations.

Requirements/ Responsibilities

• Four+ years consulting experience
• Cloud experience: Sales, Service, Community Cloud
• Experience leading three or more full life-cycle implementations
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead)
• Development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, or Lightning Web Components
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
• Experience defining technical solutions, gathering systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

• Ability to work independently
• Experience implementing other CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ technologies
• Desire to learn additional in-demand CRM platforms including SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud or other solutions
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with clients and recommending best practices
