A Salesforce ISV, specialising in project management are looking for an extremely experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team operating out their Hammersmith office. Working alongside a Lead Developer you will collaborate to build out a 'best-in-house' development team and command accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Employ and mentor junior to mid-level developers on development practices
• Know the ins and outs of the product and represent appropriately out of customer sites
• Develop on the core product for customer suggested features

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Salesforce development - excellent knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
• Experience leading a development team
• Telecommunications experience would be a major bonus but not essential
