RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Salesforce Developer must have previous hands-on development experience implementing, customizing, and supporting the sales teams’ native sales flow processes and field sales activities within Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer will be hands-on and expected to help complete the implementation and customization of Salesforce for PCS Software, Inc. to ensure that the CPQ module, the support module, and the contract management module will work properly and are optimized for efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience developing new enhancements and will have experience successfully deploying and maintained modules within Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the Sales Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Project/Program Management Department, and the Software Engineering Department.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
 7+ years of development and administration experience with Salesforce
 Hands-on experience customizing Salesforce CPQ, Communities, Sales, and Service modules
 Experience developing with Lightening Web Components
 Hands-on development experience with VB.Net, (or Visual Basic), Apex, and SFDC CLI
 Hands-on development experience in Salesforce customizing layouts, reports, and workflows
 Experience working in an Agile development environment
 Experience supporting a software sales company, organization, or department (SAAS software sales company experience preferred)
 Experience working within a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS
 Experience writing code using JavaScript, Java, or .Net (C#, VB.Net, or ASP.Net)
 Experience gathering requirements, creating expectations for project timelines, and assisting end users with learning how to use Salesforce as necessary as well as creating documentation and ad hoc reports for the sales team and project management team.
 Prior experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus.

EDUCATION:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or related technology degree required
