Our Senior Salesforce Developer will be the subject matter expert on all things Salesforce. You’ll be responsible for technical leadership of a small team of developers and business analysts that deliver all Salesforce related change, from service to project delivery, within The Bicester Village Shopping Collection. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll be working with key stakeholders and product owners to ensure requirements are delivered in a timely and efficient manner using agile principles.
This is a full time, permanent role based at Bicester Village, UK, with some European travel as and when required.

- At least 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Development using Apex, Lightning and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Developer certification
- .Net and Javascript development experience
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) processes.
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (specifically, any Azure/APIM experience)
- Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation, Communities and Force.com Sites, Single Sign On
- The ability to be client facing, with exceptional communication skills across all levels
- Demonstrable examples of when you have participated in and effectively led in a team environment
- If you’re also got experience of Salesforce Lightning UI, Classic to Lightning migration , Office 365, Enterprise Applications, SCRUM and knowledge of SFDC architecture, even better! But working knowledge of these skills are desirable, and not essential
