Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting applications errors.

To ensure success as a Senior Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Senior Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company. 

Must Have Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• 5+ years of overall I.T. experience
• Custom development using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce and Lightning, Aura
• Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports and Dashboards
• Experience in deploying large scale Salesforce applications using change sets

Nice to Have/Soft Skills

• Computer Science degree or Advanced Degree in IT
• Client Facing or prior experience in Consulting
• Lightning Web Components (LWC), DevOps
• Existing clearance of any level or experience with any Federal agency
• Salesforce offer several types of cloud services – we usually implement using Service Cloud, Community cloud and sometime Sales cloud and Marketing cloud
• Certifications – we don’t require these by typically we want to see at minimum 2 certifications:
  • Certified Admin (lowest cert)
  • Certified SFDC Platform Developer 1 or Certified App builder, or Certified Service Cloud consultant
  • Any certification above this is great to see
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Experience using agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
• Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live
• Strong programming skills, with the ability to review, debug and provide feedback on development work completed by others
• Custom development using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce and Lightning
• Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
• Experience in deploying large scale Salesforce applications using change sets. Experience deploying using the metadata API or Force.com Migration tool is a bonus.
• Experience migrating data from source to Salesforce using Data Loader and advanced SOQL.
• Experience consuming and providing (SOAP + REST) web services in Salesforce
• Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation, validation rules, etc is required

• Must be willing to Travel (post COVID)
