Develop, integrate, and implement Salesforce.com (SFDC) applications which support the company business strategies and objectives. Provide technical consulting to management, business users, and technical associates and work closely with other developers as a mentor. Work with engineers and architects in continuous improvement initiatives. Perform complex programming assignments requiring an advanced aptitude of established programming standards, methods, and best practices. Design application and database components for Salesforce projects. Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and customer requirements to design and build Salesforce solutions. Provide generalized production technical support. Mitigate significant risks associated with projects, which have a high technical complexity and involve significant challenges to the business. Guide the team in translating requirements into Salesforce configuration, identifying where custom development and integration may need to occur. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications; make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and coding changes. Provide support for critical application problems and issues. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems. Partner with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and five (5) years progressive post-Bachelor's experience as a Software Developer, Software Consultant, or related role.

Experience must include the following:
Special Skills:

• 5 years of experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle;
• 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform;
• 5 years of experience with Salesforce Apex programming;
• 5 years of experience with developing with Visual Force, Java-Script, Apex Controllers, Apex Classes/Triggers configurations, Workflow, Batch jobs and standard SFDC components;
• 5 years of experience with building queries using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) or Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL);
• 5 years of experience with using Salesforce.com data model to determine when to create custom objects and when to use Salesforce.com out-of-the-box functionality;
• 3 years of experience with SFDC Object design;
• 3 years of experience with data migration and updates through App Exchange Data Loader in Salesforce.com; and
• 1 year of experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
