We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to help lead a new Salesforce deployment that will enable our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to operate best-in-class CRM. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with various stakeholders, analyzing project objectives, documenting technical requirements, configuring/coding solutions in Salesforce, creating custom workflows, and providing operational support.

Project Execution

• Work with cross-functional project team resources to ensure Salesforce solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope and timeline


• Participate in requirements gathering and lead solution design against those requirements


• Manage and govern technical delivery by establishing Agile practices and continual coaching and monitoring of any other dev resources on the project

• Hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce workflows and code to deliver desired outcomes


• Create custom objects, workflows, and triggers for Sales Cloud and Pardot as required


• Integrate existing Tradeweb systems and data into Salesforce either using Web Services APIs or other established methods to meet business objectives

Quality Assurance

• Perform analysis of business needs and requirements for use in application design, configuration and development


• Develop and document code according to specifications and Tradeweb standards


• Prepare acceptance criteria to conduct basic unit and functional testing

• Provide general technical support for Salesforce platform once live to assist users to resolve issues


• Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills


• Oversee day-to-day platform health and performance


• Manage and deliver on feature enhancement roadmap and bug remediation priorities

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical area of study


• 5+ years of development experience supporting Salesforce; experience with Lightning development preferred


• Strong proficiency in web languages including Javascript, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS required


• Strong software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL)


• Excellent understanding of Salesforce Web Services APIs


• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)


• Experience with agile development and methodologies


• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications not available in app exchange


• Knowledge of security concepts (authentication, encryption, SSL, single sign on, etc.)


• Salesforce Certified Admin/Developer preferred
