Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

The Senior Salesforce Developer collaborates with business partners to develop and integrate in our complex enterprise Salesforce environment, continually improving the end-user experience Salesforce Developer for the overall, design, implementation and support of solutions in the Salesforce.com environment. The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages. Develops solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Complies with all required Company policies and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibility:

• Participate in delivery activities such as design, estimating, retrospectives and continuous improvement

• Need extensive experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques.

• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, using Apex programming language

• APEX, Test Classes, Triggers, Controllers, Force.com, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, Objects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages

• Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, the Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOQL, SOSL and web services.

• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise-level applications

• Work with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs.

• Develops custom applications and perform testing using Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. Writes, tests analyze and implements high-quality code according to specifications.

• Perform independent code reviews and certify code developed by self and other team members on the project.

• Experience with cloud ETL tools, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool and Data Loader, as well as web-service integration.

• Experience supporting Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals.

• Experience using Exact target Contact Builder & data relationships to organize data

• Manage support cases with Salesforce to ensure availability of the SFDC/SFMC platform, providing support to resolve application issues when necessary.

• Experience creating audience segmentation, reporting, data extracts, Filters.

• Provide Front-end html and JavaScript & HTML coding in support of Cloud Pages; ideally, help move to template-based emails

• Code Amp script in support of complex dynamic emails

• Experience with SSJS, Automation Studio to make API calls

• Experience in Automation Studio for file imports inclusive of encryption/decryption

• Provide REST support for leveraging SFMC web service to:

o Trigger communications, journeys, and automations

o Transfer data into journeys and data extensions

o Retrieve data from extract tables

• Experience with SFMC connectors.

• Capture relevant technical and business requirements, analyzing inputs and creating Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution recommendations

• Create, manage and present an actionable Blueprint that aligns a customer's business needs to the recommended Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Follows Salesforce best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions, without creating technical debt and maintaining security in the application.
