I am working with a large end user based in Warwickshire who are looking for a Senior Developer/Team Lead to come into the business and head up the centre of excellence they are currently building. They have a great pipeline going into 2021 with very exciting projects within FSL and CPQ. This role would be great for anyone looking to join a company that offers steady growth as well as stability in these uncertain times. You will be joining the company at the start of something big!

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading delivery teams from a technical perspective, ensuring that work is completed in line with good engineering practices; operating within a solution development team.
• Ensures that the delivery team remains focused on quality based on good engineering practices whilst endeavouring to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Spreads good engineering practices within the delivery team and the wider organisation
• Leads and supports one or more delivery teams.
• Works with project stakeholders to ensure they know what is expected of them in a quality IT engineering project delivery.
• Ensures that stakeholders are kept up to date with progress on quality metrics.
• Helps teams to become better engineers, whatever their current engineering maturity.
• Stays up to date with good engineering practice and helps to spread this within the wider development organisation.
• Takes an active role in the development of other staff through mentoring of more junior technical and engineering resources.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1
• Knowledge of new and emerging technologies and industry best practice for solution and technical architecture on the Force.com platform
