Senior Salesforce Developer - London/3 days remote - £80,000 + benefits

The client are a financial services company who are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to come in and take charge of the platform and bring it into 2021. They are looking for you to be the the go to person when it comes to all things Salesforce and be able to have a great technical knowledge as well as the ability to translate requirements to the no technical team. This role offers great progression and you will be moving into the tech lead position once you are up and running.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analyst(s) and Business Users to prioritise changes and identify requirements
• Senior role responsible for understanding and promoting new platform features and their applicability in our business context
• Prepares, tests and rolls out configuration enhancements to the Salesforce CRM platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
• Prepares, tests and rolls out development enhancements to the Salesforce CRM platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
• Day-to-day Salesforce platform support in accordance with the Support Model and SLAs
• Data management e.g. maintenance to agreed standards, cleansing, transformation and load, monitoring of quality and regular feeds into and out of the platform

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Development SME
• Buy-side Asset Management experience / Finance knowledge
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (eg. Certified Force.com developer / advanced developer)
• Experience of providing development change, documenting development releases and 3rd line support
• Experience of working within a structured Change Release Process
• Knowledge / use of some or all of:
  • MS SQL Server (incl SSRS / SSIS)
  • Control-M or other enterprise scheduling application
  • Markit EDM / Cadis or other enterprise ETL
  • .Net C# Development
  • Java Development
