Salesforce Developer/Administrator

Responsibilities:

·         Administrate, stabilize, and enhance our Risk, Claims, and Safety product features running on the Salesforce platform

·         Establish and maintain change history and source code control

·         Collaborate with Riskonnect on support issues

·         Work with Solution Architects and Business Systems Analysts to create solutions that support business requirements

·         Build scalable solutions and code that can be reused across Salesforce platforms used at client

·         Identify areas of improvement for Salesforce design, implementation, process, tooling, automated testing, etc.

·         Build new and support existing data integrations with Riskonnect/Salesforce

·         Provide off hours on-call escalation on a rotational basis in support of service recovery events

·         Working with Team Leaders to design and implement process improvement in our Production services and Operations
