Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Duration: Long Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Location – Dallas, TX (Complete Remote - But prefer local)

Minimum Skills:

·       Excellent English business communication skills, with demonstrable capability in interpreting, translating, and solutioning complex requirements.

·       Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile development, including participating and serving lead role in sprint planning, backlog-grooming, scrum calls, product demos etc.

·       Advanced knowledge and experience in code review and unit testing

·       Advanced knowledge and experience in the applicable Salesforce technologies, associated with, and identified for, a CBRE engagement, including, but not limited to, Force.com (Platform), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc. (the Applicable Technologies)

·       Advanced knowledge and experience of working with customization, configuration and coding in Salesforce using Apex, triggers, Lightning components.

·       Proficient experience in tracking UAT and SIT bugs and driving them to closure

·       Advanced knowledge and experience with change management / version control tools such as GitHub, TFS, etc.

·       Proficient knowledge and experience in external system Integrations using web services, including Salesforce integration methods, patterns, and supporting technologies

·       Proficient experience mentoring, and delegating tasks, to junior developers.

·       Proficient experience tracking all deliverables at a team member level – code, documentation, usage of tools etc.

·       Proficient at coordinating with customer technology leads on all project deliverables.

·       Proficient experience working in a global implementation model.

Minimum Experience:

·       5 – 8 years IT experience

·       4 - 8 years in overall SFDC experience,

·       5 years Applicable Technologies development experience.

Minimum Education:

·       Bachelor’s Degree.

·       Multiple and advanced Salesforce Developer certifications
