You will work in a lead position of the Global Salesforce team; applying your Salesforce Development expertise to advance the Salesforce CRM with a huge investment backing!

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Salesforce Developer will:

• Assist in the overall technical design of Applications, build applications, setup integrations between applications!
• Research the latest technology releases from Salesforce, App’s from AppExchange and independently recommend the most effective technologies for the client.
• Design technology-specific best practices & standards across the Enterprise Salesforce org.
• Developer Lightning Aura & Web Components and use APEX coding to solve business problems on internal clouds: Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds!
• Combine experience with custom APEX and knowledge of SF Automation to deliver solutions to optimize business growth on an Enterprise level.
• Operate in all areas of the Software Development Lifecycle: Planning, Designing, Coding, Testing and Deployment
• Promote best practices in Data Modelling, Frameworks, Security, and Documentation
• Work with the Functional Architect to always improve on User Adoption, CRM Scalability and CRM Usability for all areas of the business!

Required Skills:

Salesforce Developer will have:

• 6+ Years in Software/Application Development and at least 3 years in Salesforce CRM with a passion for coding!
• Hands-on experience designing Salesforce Lightning Components and Salesforce Triggers.
• Worked in multiple software development methodologies such as: Waterfall, Scrum, Agile.
• Experience leading multiple resources on Salesforce projects i.e. Junior Developers, QA Testers, Admin’s
• Exposure that’s a bonus: Lightning Web Components, Back-end Java or similar language, Financial Industry, DocuSign
• Ability to think outside of the box and be innovative with your ideas & pursue challenges!
