JOB TITLE: Senior Salesforce Developer

JOB LOCATION: 8280 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102 and various unanticipated U.S. work locations (FULL TIME TELECOMMUTING PERMITTED)

JOB DUTIES: Develop sophisticated software solutions leveraging various programming languages to meet the needs of clients. Provide technical oversight and architectural support to junior development team members. Firefight from the trenches when things go poorly while maintaining a positive attitude and capturing the lessons to be learned/opportunities for improvement. Advocate for and maintain an interest in the technologies we work with while understanding they may not be the most challenging or complex. Handle complexity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities with ease. Display a willingness to play the role needed for project success. Build relationships with team members and direct reports, while cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and fun. Maintain effective communication channels within our office and with consultants throughout the broader organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following: modern languages including Java, C#, C++, Apex; web application development; and, cloud computing. Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following: leading software development solutions; and, Agile or Waterfall Methodology.
