At least 5 years of prior Salesforce consulting experience and at least 5 years of formal project management experience required. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US.
As a Senior Salesforce Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading our largest and most complex client facing projects. You will be adept at navigating the most rewarding and demanding relationships, project managing simultaneous workstreams with many resources, and providing recommendations on sound solutions to solve complex business problems. Much like the Senior Salesforce Consultant role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will leverage your extensive project management skills to keep project schedules, budgets, scope and risks inline and under control. Additionally, you will dive in to understand client business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data and reporting. You will use your extensive hands-on Salesforce knowledge of Sales, Service, and Community clouds to gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus best practice standards.
