Senior Salesforce Engineer needed for a rapidly growing start-up revolutionizing producer management and compliance!!

Built on the Salesforce platform, our solution automatically enforces state producer licensing and appointment regulatory requirements. The system is always up-to-date through its integration to the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). We treasure stability, scalability, and customer experience as first-order principles, striving to create thoughtful, delightful user interfaces and seamless workflows.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will own core features of the application from ideation through delivery, partnering closely with product and business owners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging all aspects of the Salesforce platform to solve complex customer needs
• Maintaining best-in-class security standards both in your build and build process
• Collaborating closely with Product and Design to deliver features that exceed customer expectations
• Preventing bugs through engagement with CI/CD processes
• Working on products with real impact that fundamentally transform how users access data and manage their day-to-day processes
  

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree and/or practical experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
