- Drive development project planning, execution, testing and roll out;
- Troubleshoot and improve existing IT business system customization;
- Develop, integrate, and administer IT applications for Imperva’s Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cloud-based platform for sales, service, and marketing;
- Work with business owners and end users across Imperva to design and implement IT business system solution customizations and enhancements;
- Create and maintain IT system integrations, including web services and ETL (extraction, transformation and loading);
- Design and implement software solutions related to Imperva’s Lead to Cash processes;
- Design and implement IT business system solution customizations to the Apttus Configuration, Price, and Quote tool; and
- Provide support for IT business system solution customizations and serve as an escalation point for complex issues encountered by our Business System Administrators.
- 4 years of experience Sales Cloud implementation
- 4 years of experience Service Cloud implementation
- 2 years of experience with Quoting tools
- 2 years of experience with ETL tools
- 4 years of experience on web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- 5 years of experience with OOP programming language
- 4 years of experience with rest and soap integrations
- 2 years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- 3 years of experience with database query language SQL/PL SQL
