Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) or Click Mobile Developer. This position will add a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) or experience in Click Mobile with SFL exposure

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM, Force.com, Lightning platform as developer and administrator.
• At least 2 years of experience in salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AppExchange, FSL and Salesforce Communities
• Certifications in Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Platform developer.
• Experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, FSL preferably in Utility Industry
• Hands on Experience in Data Management, Data Security, Data Modeling, Workflow Automation, Formulas & Validations, Chatter
• Sound knowledge on Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, HTML and JavaScript , SOQL, SOSL, Process Builder, Workflow, Visual Workflow and Approval Process, Reporting and Dashboards to support process automation.
• Experience in using different data tools like Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, and Mass Delete.
• Experience in Configuration and code deployment across multiple Orgs
• Knowledge on the Field Service Lightning mobile app how it works and aids on - site job management to a mobile workforce.
• Experience in Setting up field service features according to client unique business needs. This includes installing the Field Service Lightning managed package and Field Service Lightning mobile app.
• Knowledge on how to create service resources and service crews that represent your field service technicians in Field Service Lightening app and add details about their skills, service territories, and availability.
• Basic knowledge on how to setup multi-level territories of technicians, create maintenance plans to view service tasks, generate service reports in turn to manage work orders, scheduling and mobile workforce.
• Experience in working in agile projects.
• Experience in deployment and working on version control tools like GIT, GITHub, Jenkins
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
