Job Description /Position Summary:

The Salesforce Developer will assist and help drive the Salesforce Solution with the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com platform. This position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for service/community cloud. This position will be responsible for executing and expanding on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Requirements:

Strong Salesforce configuration and customization experience with an emphasis on the latest declarative configuration options to avoid custom code

Service cloud and Community Cloud implementation experience (must-have)

Hands on development experience with Salesforce configuration and customizations using Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, etc.

Experience with Lightning (at least one year) and knowledge of latest Lightning features

Development experience in UI technologies such as Lightning Design System (LDS), and Lightning development in both Aura (for support of legacy components) and Lightning Web Components (LWC – for creation and support of any new components)

Proven Integration experience using industry-standard integration techniques REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, Single Sign On (SSO), and Platform Events

Proven Experience on Einstein chatbot

Knowledge of product development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps kits like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like Change Sets, Salesforce DX Command Line Interface, Visual Studio Code with Salesforce plugin, and Salesforce-focused DevOps tools like Copado

Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile stories and assignments

Ability to perform code reviews and troubleshoot software development issues.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Must Have)

Salesforce Administrator Certification (Must Have)

Salesforce Platform App Builder

Minimum 6+ years Salesforce Developer Experience

Einstein AI Experience will be added bonus

Bachelor's Degree
