The Team
We provide CRM solutions that enable thousands of Workplace Investing (WI) associates in the acquisition of new business and the daily support of our valued clients. We work alongside delivery teams, business partners, and technology leadership across WI in support of our client acquisition and retention goals.
The Expertise We’re Looking for
Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related discipline.
5 or more years’ development experience with 3+ in Salesforce.
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
The Skills You Bring
Demonstrated experience with building Salesforce.com solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce Lightning Experience
Strong experience working with Apex; Lightning Web Component experience will be a differentiator.
You’re a good communicator and have a real customer-centric mind-set.
Strong analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills.
You’re comfortable creating and consuming APIs (SOAP/Rest).
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
Publishes clear and concise design documentation.
Participates in and contributes to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
Resolve technical issues associated with developed software components.
Personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
