What we're looking for:

You are Salesforce Admin 201 certified.
You can write clear, complete functional specifications and system use cases for business requirements and high-level design documentation.
You have the ability to communicate and translate business requirements effectively between functional areas and technical teams.
You will participate in the project planning process and lead the full application lifecycle from design to development, testing, and deployment.
You have the ability to analyze new ideas and change requests to determine potential solutions and prioritize based on business objectives, added value, and existing requests within the portfolio.

Position Overview

Responsible for eliciting business, functional and technical requirements to define software configuration and development. Research industry best practices to help deliver scalable and configurable software. Drive process discussions with business subject matter experts and stakeholders. Facilitate business process improvement. Document use cases, user stories, requirements, and process flows.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serves as an administrator for the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, supporting over 1300 internal users within our Services organization.
  • Executes routine administrative tasks such as user access, basic platform configuration system changes and end user production support.
  • Review production support queue tickets, trouble shoots and solve.
  • Works with stakeholders to extract requirements on an enhancement request, translate them into technical solution within the Salesforce platform and the execute the build in the platform via configuration changes.(e.g. modify page layouts, picklist values, workflows, process builders, etc…).
  • Work with various users conducting UAT testing of new enhancements and sign-off.
  • Build POC’s for future platform functionality.
  • Perform impact analysis to data and systems resulting from new projects, enhancements, and production support.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new requirements based on best practices for Salesforce.com usage and functionality.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of Systems Management experience preferably on the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Salesforce ADMIN 201 certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Will work cross functionally with internal teams and Salesforce.com to ensure all business needs are met, stakeholders are kept informed on latest status updates and new system changes, and build and maintain relationships.
  • Prioritize assigned issues based on business impact. Troubleshoot and identify root cause of production support issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Administer user profiles and permissions and perform complex data analysis and routine maintenance.
