Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the IT functional department the SmartComms Content Template Developer will be responsible for:

• Definition/creation of documents: design of of Documents in Smart Comms (Document Composition Tool), creating layouts, styles and content of the document using several distribution channels
• Successful candidate will be also in charge of of the maintenance of the current repository of the Smart Comms documents
• Definition of data structure- either by defining the new data elements or by making inclusions of new values to be included in the documents. This will mean:

Database Definition - XML of the structure of the Dataset use by SmartComms/Documents

Sample Data - Loading of test data to be used later in the design of the documents.

• Batch configuration for the execution of Documents: definition of the execution parameters of the templates (run-time)
• Testing of document to check end-to-end functionality.
  
  

The candidate will join a project team delivering front end Quote and Buy solution and complete initial Smartcomms training.

Proven Experience Working With

Ideal Candidates Will Offer:

• XML, XSD
• Layout Designer (HTML)
• Unit Testing
• Reporting
• JavaScript
• Preferable Salesforce (admin or dev)
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
  
  

Preferably 3 or more experience with SmartComms or CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream (Old HP Extream), Quadiant Inspire (Old GMC Inspire) or similar and experience with Multichannel projects
