• The client is rebuilding a marketing campaign platform from scratch, and running the

        campaigns, we need people who can think of ways to make the components reusable

• This is the client's innovation labs team
• Wants the candidates to bring ideas to the table – banking/financial ideas that we can

        show to leaders, so the financial experience is helpful

• They want someone who comes having senior level of experience on Application

           architecture and clear understanding on design patterns
