Role: SOLUTION ARCHITECT  

Location: Hartford, CT

Duration: SubCon/Fulltime

Required Skills:

• Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and describe the employment of those on several projects
• Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements
• Strong UML experience
• Significant experience with systems integration and platform integration
• Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application design
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, development).
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision. Self-directed
• A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies
• Well versed with communicating complex technical details to business and non-technical stakeholder

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud 
2. Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology
3. Experience with Contact Center technologies (IVR, telephony)
4. Experience with distributed caching solutions; understands the factors that enable effective caching
5. Should be able to understand and communicate business value of architecture solutions.
6. Experience defining the architecture to support security/access controls/user provisioning requirements
7. Experience working with cloud/multi-tenant applications
