Position Overview:

Solution Architect

1-2 YEAR CONTRACT

Location: REMOTE (EST HOURS)

Job description:

Lead discovery, drive requirements, work with the business, bring everything together, and drive delivery (but not much hands on) --- great if they can or are willing to get their hands dirty

• Will be very involved in design conversations
• Exp with healthcare small group and individual (ideally have large group exp too)
• Salesforce + Salesforce Industries/Vlocity (Omni Studio, Omni Scouts, Integration, Data Raptors, Vlocityt Portal implementation
• Salesforce Sales
  • Sales Cloud = required
• Salesforce Solution Architect Cert = nice to have
• Knowing the concepts of healthcare sales (CPQ/CRM/Product Modeling/quoting/renewals/underwriting)
• Exp working on complex data models, integration, business process automation, data mapping
• Agile/SAFe is ideal --- ability to create user stories and then collaborate
• Actively participates in data migration (best practices, designing how to bring over data to new systems/process)
