Requirement:
Strong Architecture experience.
Bring in outside in view to design scalable architecture tapping into standard salesforce processes and objects, based on our industrial experience with multiple implementations of Salesforce and CRM processes.
Client is embarking on an Enterprise CRM journey to enable consistent CRM processes leveraging standard OOB capabilities of SalesForce.com platform. As Enterprise CRM Architect, this role be designing and architecting Enterprise CRM capabilities to support global team objectives.
The current solution supports varied BU processes which are not consistent creating technical debt and processes gaps, which creates downstream impact with analytics, support complexity and lower adoption with sales team.
Must be capable of working independently to pursue solutions and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Can perform independently and design, code, test, debug and document Tibco integrations
Proactively meet/discuss with designers to get consensus on design related issues.
Demonstrate anticipation and initiative in the planning for and management of problems.
Implement technical or procedural solutions to problems
