The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva PromoMats and Medcomms and Salesforce Service Cloud. Hands on experience on integrations, working with APIs will be preferred.

Requirements:

: 8 + years development experience on Salesforce.com and 5+ Years of experience on Veeva CRM and PromoMats

: 5+ years In-depth Pharmaceutical industry IT experience

: 5+ years of experience supporting end to end application development and support

: Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels

: Strong presentation solution design skills are essential

: Salesforce and Veeva Admin Certifications.

: Strong communication skills for coordination with IT /non-IT teams and vendors.

: Experience with change / release management for CRM enhancements/projects.

: Nice to have: Experience with ETL tools, databases and JavaScript
