Squad Leader, Salesforce Platform
Job Description:
Fidelity’s Workplace Investing (WI) business unit uses Salesforce platform for its Client Relationship Management (CRM) and various other capabilities and uses the platform as a key component of the associate experience for sales & client service teams. Considering the current usage & future potential, WI considers the Salesforce platform a key strategic asset & capability.
The Squad Leader, Salesforce Platform will be responsible for platform’s overall vision, strategy, outcomes, metrics & alignment with business and technology needs. This role will be accountable for creating & socializing the platform strategy & associated outcomes within WI & will be encouraged to balance short-term achievements with long-term vision & strategy. He/she will lead a cross-functional agile team consisting of business analysts, engineers, technology architects, etc. to deliver incremental client/business value aligned with the platform’s overall vision & strategy.
This role will be part of the Employer Journeys tribe within the Employer Experience domain. He/she will partner closely with Employer Journeys tribe leader & squad leaders, leaders in sales, marketing, relationship management & operations, tribe & squad leaders within other domains/tribes and chapter leaders within various technology & other chapter areas.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required
- 5-10 years of experience in product leadership, management, product development or strategy
- 2-5 years of combined experience in Salesforce platform or applying Salesforce platform within a business for its CRM & other capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration experience with internal and external partners and team members
- Experience in financial services industry is a plus
