Our growing Engineering team is looking for a Sr.Salesforce Developer to develop custom applications and administer the Salesforce system that underpins the sales, marketing, and communications for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with stakeholders and engineering peers, analyzing project objectives, clarifying expectations, and developing implementation plans. As part of implementing solutions, you will code and maintain custom Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will operate Salesforce - create customer workflows, create dashboards, configure Salesforce and also monitor and troubleshoot the system. To ensure success, you should have several years of extensive experience working with CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems across multiple systems. Candidates with Salesforce certifications are preferred. This role is critical to our Salesforce strategy and implementation. You will have a direct impact on the educational experience of thousands of the entrepreneurs! Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders, engineering leads, and project managers to determine requirements needs and develop development plans. Code custom Salesforce applications using Apex, QueryObject Language. Implement Salesforce applications, reports, and workflow improvements using platform tools such as Lightning App Builderlrm. Administrate Salesforce across Production and non-Production environments Test the stability and functionality of the application along with related integrations and data integrity. Troubleshoot and fix bugs within Salesforce applications and integrations Document application functionality and provide technical training to other Engineers and Operations teams. Maintain the security and integrity of the application software and addons. Apply modern software development practices to Salesforce Skills Proficient in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, SalesForce QueryObject Languages, and VisualForce Experience using an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms Deep experience with commerce, payment, tracking and marketing solution integrations Prior work experience with application software development and support in a production environment.
