The day to day work of a Technical Lead is not
just limited to programming but goes beyond it. Technical Lead must collaborate
with their colleagues in all departments as applicable in order to translate
business needs into effective tools within Salesforce. Create the Solutions and
drive the solutions until PROD deployment.

Duties
& Responsibilities

·
Guide
team in preparation of technical specification document and review the same

·
Break
down the base lines requirements into business and functional requirements

·
Provide
support in development of Proof of Concept. Identify tools and technologies to
be used in the project as well as reusable objects that could be customized for
the project

·
Leverage
product specified services / frameworks without impacts to version changes

·
Share
the design document with the functional team post supervisor review

·
Understand
performance implications and design for scalability

·
Co-ordinate
with the team and implement the solutions following the best practices.

·
Support
QA team and deployment team.

Qualifications

Excellent
organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Experience
working on Salesforce platforms and having a minimum experience of 2 years in
Apex coding, configuration and integration.
2+
years’ experience with Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration,
testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions.
A
desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support
environment

• In

depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with
Salesforce.com.

• Excellent

organizational and time management skills.
