JD:

• To design, develop, and deploy Tableau reporting, KPI scorecards & dashboards
• Responsible for teaching analytic best practices, sharing knowledge across the organization, and expanding Tableau' s adoption
• Communicate new or changed reports to promote Tableau environment and end user adoption
• Part of the technical contact from development perspective
• Research and develop reporting to leverage Tableau metadata and content
• Address performance issues of the reports and dashboards
• Manage the standards and use of common datasets across the Tableau platform
• Knowledge of Tableau best practices in performance tuning, user-centric design, proactive alerts, etc.
• Experience with using agile methodologies for software development

Experience:

• 5+ or more years of experience in developing data visualizations through Tableau
• Understanding of Tableau infrastructure and how to optimize tableau environments

Ability to work cross-functionally and handle urgent escalations
