Required:

• Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent communicator with ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of business process.
• Strong experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
• Proven ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between assigned workload and on-going support tasks.
• Proven ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures and priorities. Preferred
• Salesforce Service Cloud Admin experience such as developing reports, validation rules, workflows and pick lists
• Black Knight Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP), experience mapping to MSP Web Services and Bulk Data Extract (BDE) a plus
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence
• Authoring of structured query language (SQL) scripts
• Web service concepts and ability to test web services and interpret responses
• Understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans.
• Prior experience doing Quality Assurance positive and negative testing or development a plus

Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Business Analyst will manage the Salesforce Enhancement Workstream for clients Performing Servicing Team.
• This is a challenging role that requires the Sr. Business Analyst to be more technical that the average Sr. Business Analyst.
• Our Salesforce implementation has a lot of complicated integrations and requires a business analyst that can dive deep into the details of those integrations and the source systems they connect with.
• Our Sr. Business Analyst will also perform the first round of positive and negative testing and lead UAT workshops with the Business Units.
• Manage the request in take process and properly set Business Unit expectations.
• Facilitate monthly priority meeting with business leaders to review requests and stack rank requests.
• Elicits requirements using interviews, data analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, business process analysis and task and workflow analysis.
• This workstream has many complicated integrations that requires a lot of investigation, hit and try analysis, data mapping and web service testing.
• Verify what was developed meets business expectations including positive and negative testing.
• Facilitate UAT with the Business Units prior to Monthly Release.
• Understand the upstream and downstream effects of the enhancement that are being made both from the business process perspective and technology.
• Coordinating communication between different development disciplines, Salesforce, Java, Enterprise Data Warehouse and IT Operations.
• Facilitate daily scrum meeting with Developers and Salesforce Admins.
• Collaborate with other IT Teams and Business Units with an interest enhancements made by the Workstream.
