We are looking for senior BI Consultant with both the below skills. Should be a leader and should have great comm skills. Rate DOE. Immediate interview. Prefer GC,Citizens, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, H1 transfers who can be on PALNAR payroll. We can entertain 3rd party resumes, if they are seniors. Should be able to start in a week time.

Sr. BI Consultant ( Sr.Tableau Development and Sql Sever DB Administration skills)

Contract Period: 9-12 months +

Work Location: NJ

Responsibilities:

• Works with BI Analysts to understand customer needs.
• Collects, analyzes, and shares data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results.
• Utilizes database and web application technologies to design, develop, and evaluate innovative business intelligence tools and automated reports.
• Perform data conversions, imports, and exports of data within and between internal and external software systems
• Merge BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications
• Enhance the performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and indexes
• Document new and existing models, solutions, and implementations
• Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software
• Participate in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of Microsoft BI solutions. Also, in project management estimation process
• Work with BI Data Analytics and customers to understand customer needs and create ad hoc reports to support timely business decisions and project work
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translates these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions
• Conduct research, make recommendations on BI products & services and maintain interface with vendors
• Maintain the quality of data and provide input to the development of data/information quality metrics.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field
• 6-9 years of technical expertise (MSSQL)
• At least, for 6 years of BI Report development (MSSQL BI, SSIS, SSAS): ETL design& development, OLAP Design & Development, Report Development
• Hands on experience supporting Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirement

• Related technical (Microsoft BI Data Engineer): 6 years (Required)
• Database administration: 6 years (Required).

Additional

Bilingual (Korean & English) Preferred but not required
