About This Position

Title: Sr Salesforce Adminstrator (Contractor)

Location: San Francisco/Bay Area

The Salesforce Administrator will manage the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 1000+ users
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified by end-users
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

Requirements
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certifie
  • Prior Salesforce Lightning experience required
  • Experienced with Data Loader and Dedupe tools
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
