Sr. Salesforce Coordinator

The Senior Sales Coordinator will be a part of the CRM team within Sales Operations. The Senior Sales Coordinator will create Reports and Dashboards for Sales leadership, and help Field Sales create their own Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce. The Senior Sales Coordinator in responsible for training new Salesforce users, and be the primary support role for the Salesforce CRM Manager.


JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Database and Record Maintenance

  • Merging of duplicate accounts
  • Managing mass updates via data loader
  • Creating Competitor accounts
  • Updating Territory Mapping in Salesforce
  • Responsible for enriching database with data from ZoomInfo
  • Maintain data hygiene and adherence to best practice

Training

  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Support and train all Salesforce users – primary focus on Sales Profile
  • Back up and Support for the CRM Manager
  • Supporting the Field with Salesforce issues and escalations
  • Train new Sales Coordinators and mentor the current Sales Coordinators

Administrative Support

  • Responsible for providing support to Sales Operations Department and Sales Department
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve team processes and communication. Identify opportunities to move projects forward and take the initiative to lead the team in shared goals.
  • Handle all basic Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks

Reporting/Metrics/Analysis

  • Work with Outside Sales team to create reports & analyze CRM data to provide support data for customer visits, trends and buying habits
  • Generate Reports and Dashboards for Sales Leadership
  • Train sales users on creating Reports and Dashboards,
  • Provide support to CRM Manager & assist in special projects
  • Analyze CRM database & use for better operating procedures & reports
  • Manage and update Territory Mapping in Salesforce
  • Mapping changes and updates Mapping Software

Other

  • Facilitates and attends meetings as required and/or assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Will be required to travel up to 5% of the time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a firm grasp of MS Office Suite of products, upbeat personality, an eagerness to learn, excellent networking skills, and at least a intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Self-motivated and creative; Ability to learn new technologies quickly, particularly on the Salesforce platform and related third party functionality.
  • Should have good analytical, leading and decision-making skills, with high level of attention to details

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • Associate Degree
  • 2-3 years minimum experience with Salesforce
