Primary Skill Salesforce Other Mandatory Skills Lightning Apex APIs Core Salesforce Job Description The Salesforce senior engineer will be responsible for working with project managers, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to develop, implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution. HeShe will lead the effort to analyze provide feedback on requirements, document technical design, and integration of the Salesforce.com solution. Heshe will communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks. Key Duties Responsibilities include Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code Responsible for developing in SF Lightning, Apex, JSON, XML and other technologies to build customized solutions Design implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc Proficiency in HTML, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP-based web services Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) Follow best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations. Communicate development status on a regular basis to SMD, Application Development and stakeholders, escalating any identified risks Ensure the on-time delivery of enhancements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems. Competencies At least five years systems development and integration experience in which at least four years have been in a technical lead architect role At least four years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com implementationintegration project Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication skills Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated timely and quality delivery skills Experience in Agile development methodologies Strong verbalwritten communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
