OneAPPS is looking for a Veeva CRM Consultant / Architect, who will be a key player in the project team.
We expect the consultant to have Veeva CRM development background ( Custom development using Apex, Visual force page) and not from support or just configuration background.
Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of Veeva CRM.
Minimum Leadership experience is a must. ( SO have 8+ years lead who has handled a team of 4-5 people )

Veeva’s cloud-based solution knowledge required: Candidate should have Knowledge on different Functionalities in SFDC and VEEVA

Responsibilities :

• to perform service Improvements on SLA Management and Incident Management process.
• to perform Configuration and Customization in Case Management.
• finding out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity.
• Resolving Incidents and Service Requests. L2/L3 Support
