Job Description:        Sr. Salesforce Developer

What we need:

We are looking for the below skill set for a Sr. Salesforce Developer that also has experience with Conga for Salesforce or other native CLM tool. The team is enhancing the current Salesforce instance to automate manual processes complete the Contract Template creation for the CLM process. The team will also be working to create a new lead intake process and set up a separate app for a different domain in Fuels on Sales Cloud. 

Responsibilities:

• Working experience with Conga Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM). Designing and Implementing Conga CLM for different Types of Agreements
• Performing Code Migrations between Sandbox & Production Orgs using Force.com Migration with ANT based tool and Change set. 
• Creating and implementing profiles, roles, record types, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, assignment rules and escalation rules, email templates, approval processes, reports and dashboards, and configuring security settings.
• Creating on Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL & Apex Web Services
• Integrating SOAP/REST API’s & SAML authentication.
• Develop Salesforce Lightning Components, Apps, Toasting Events, Bubbling, Event Handlers & Wrapper Classes.
• Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures.

We seek an individual with:

• Strong ability to understand end-user needs and transform those needs into effective and efficient solutions
• Ability to express the strengths of the Salesforce platform, while understanding where other portfolio products can most effectively integrate to achieve the most secure and productive overall solution
• 5+ years’ experience in the Salesforce Platform & Sales Cloud
• 2+ years in a lead role:
• SFDC Technical: Process builder, Workflows, Sharing rules, Permission Sets, Apex Classes, VF pages, Rest API, SOAP API and Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript
• Lightning/Lightning Component Framework
• Managed Packages: Pardot, CPQ- CLM (Conga)
• Experience spearheading new implementations of Salesforce into an enterprise environment
• Strong technical foundation including experience with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, SOA
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design patterns
• Experience with external integrations including SOAP/REST API’s & SAML authentication
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management applications, (especially sell-side) including any of the following:
• Conga for Salesforce
• Conga Grid
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Good knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communications skills
