Join this growing company in the Financial Services industry. This is a great opportunity to have a strong influence on how Salesforce is implemented and developed to support the Sales organization. You will work directly with the Sales organization to understand their challenges and develop solutions to enhance and improve the sales process.

Will consider 100% remote- with in office 1 week per quarter

In this role you will interact with all levels of the sales organization to gather needs and make recommendations as to the best solutions to meet those needs including implementing additional modules and enhancing the modules currently implemented. You will have a tremendous impact on the Salesforce implementation within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design the key technical components of the solution and help product teams develop and deliver the project deliverables
• Develop custom Salesforce applications and solutions leveraging tools and technologies including Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Migration Tool, ANT, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce triggers, workflows, processes, and unit testing.
• Make use of Salesforce design patterns and best practices like Proof of Concepts.
• Conduct design/code reviews and make refactor suggestions as necessary
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations
• Assist other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed
• Confident and willing to challenge a customer and guide them towards an appropriate solution that meets their needs while maintaining the scalability, maintainability of the instance
• Participate actively in discussions, builds a reputation as a go-to resource for toughest problems

REQUIRED:

• Sr. level software development experience with strong experience with Salesforce development
• Strong experience with Salesforce.com platform, Force.com, Visual Force, APEX Triggers, Governor limits, SOQL and APEX Web Services, Sales Cloud.
• Experience with full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com
• Good understanding of Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
• Experience with Web development technologies such as: HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, AngularJS, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Good understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Proficient with Force.com IDE like Eclipse and web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
• Front end JavaScript framework experience with tools such as; JQuery, Angular JS.
• Strong understanding of HTML /HTML5 and CSS2/CSS3.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL server
• Web development experience for high traffic and enterprise web applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Component a plus
• Salesforce ServiceCloud a plus
• .Net development a plus
• Experience with converting Classic components to Lighting is a plus.
