We are looking for an Sr Salesforce Developer.

Have an intuitive understanding of Salesforce architecture and the relationships between objects with the ability to suggest effective solutions to clients in line with their business requirements. SFDC senior developer will work closely with architects and BAs to build the system to meet business requirements ensuring the best quality and security best practices. Analyse company processes, developing CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. Works collaboratively with others on the team to create custom, scalable processes for the company. Works in a variety of industries, designing and developing business workflows and translating requirements into system solutions. Creative, technically minded, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Lead and guide the developers in designing and implementing scalable, compatible and high performance solutions .

Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter) .

Solution design and estimations based on client provided use cases and requirements.

Recommend best fit solutions to client requirements.

Salesforce application development utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Ajax, web services, etc.

Ensuring OUP and Cognizant Salesforce COE suggested quality and security best practices are followed in team for development.

Review development team deliverables including design, code, unit test scripts and results, component list and release notes.

Support System and User acceptance testing

Background

Around 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development in Salesforce platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud.

Experience in delivering complex projects in waterfall/ agile/ DevOps methodology.

Experience delivering Portals/Communities on the Force.com platform and/or other cloud based solutions will be good to have.

Prior background and knowledge of Java, Java Script, HTML, JSON, Angular JS will be good to have.

Good understanding of the SFDC development lifecycle, and the role of software development processes.

Takes a logical and analytical approach to the business requirement and pays close attention to detail.

Essential

Have a bachelor degree or a relevant professional qualification or a relevant IT apprenticeship at level 3.

Experience in leading teams in successful technical engagements.

Salesforce Certified Developer, Administrator & Consultant Exams (Sales, Service)

Desirable

Working knowledge with DevOps tools – e.g. Jenkin, Bit Bucket, Auto RABIT,Copado and Salesforce DX, etc.

Working knowledge of Jira, VersionOne etc.

Agile Foundation

Certificate in DevOps (Foundation)
