Zoom is looking for a key team member in our Salesforce Developer position that will support business solutions in our CRM with a core focus on Channel projects. This position will be dynamic and challenging and we are looking for the right individual that can think on their feet and really embrace new challenges as they come along.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, API’s and Force.com applications
Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice in order to provide immediate short and long term solutions
Coordinate and collaborate with other developers and team members to obtain requirements, develop solution design, manage UATs and post launch activities
Write well designed, testable, efficient code on time and with high quality
Review and debug existing source code and resolve support requests for existing environments
Work with Channel team on business prioritization, project implementation and post launch activities
Document and maintain software functionality, this is a key part of the role
Attend Channel and projects related meetings, be the technical point of contact
Host presentations and trainings to customers or professional peers
Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years in Salesforce development/administration experience with extensive knowledge of Apex, VisualForce and Force.com tools and applications
General web development background preferred (Java/JEE, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Spring)
Data management preferred (SQL, XML, JSON, Hibernate)
Knowledge of Zuora, Netsuite and other enterprise business systems preferred
Web services experience preferred (REST, SOAP)
Familiar with integration applications such as Mulesoft preferred
5+ years self managing projects in fast pace and dynamic environment
Understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages.
Salesforce Developer Certification (current) preferred
Working knowledge of Web and Javascript frameworks are a plus Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Experience in SaaS technology environment
