Triveni is a technology company located in the New York City area. Triveni utilizes agile technologies to develop solutions for our clients. We are seeking highly-motivated engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on the engineering and development of complex business requirements. We provide a casual work environment where hard work is rewarded. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team either remote (EST hours) or at our corporate headquarters in Concord, North Carolina. The developer will be responsible for design, coding, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions to support our independent business owner, and agent facing systems. Proven experience developing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration components, and Lightning components to provide customized capabilities will be required. Location - Charlotte, NC Duration - 6-12 months Start Date - ASAP Visa Status - Citizens, GC, GC EAD, TN, H1 OK. No OPT EAD. Our Client will prefer those candidates who do not require sponsorship. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs Ability to analyze, solution and modify existing designs, implementations Perform troubleshooting of Salesforce applications, understanding the current state of previously developed solutions, perform maintenance as needed Leverage functional knowledge of Salesforce and available tooling to meet complex process and business system requirements Participate in daily scrums, communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and solutions Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products Document design decisions and integrations resulting from new designs, system changes or upgrades Research Salesforce solutions and develop prototypes and present options, communicating benefits and tradeoffs as necessary Migrate updates from sandbox environments to production when required Support unit testing during development Other development related tasks as required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer 5+ years of enterprise software development in .NET or Java-based platforms Experience with integration platforms, Mulesoft, Heroku, and OData integration is necessary Demonstrable Salesforce development experience with Lightning components, Visualforce, APEX programming, and web services Ability to understand business outcomes and analyze business requirements to produce high-quality Salesforce solutions Ability to work on multiple tasks, competing priorities and deliver results with aggressive timelines Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with offshore teams as necessary, with minimal supervision Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with equally strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization Possess initiative with creative thinking and a can-do attitude Salesforce DX, deployments and environment migrations Experience with Copado, or other native Salesforce deployment tools preferred OTHER REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline Prior experience as a technical team lead is preferred Experience with the technical architecture Prior consulting experience is a plus Salesforce Developer Advanced Developer certification required Platform Developer I II Application System Architect certifications preferred Experience working with optimizing the usercustomer experience, mobile is a plus
