Sr Developer will develop high performing solutions on the Force.com platform and will provide insight for advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps, and assist with key functions involving client and staff development and training.

Work with senior members of team to analyze business requirements, translate to customized solutions on the Force.com platform, implement solution while adhering to best practices and peer code reviews

Lead development work streams from design through testing and deployment, working with members of the team, both offshore and onshore

Assist project leadership with estimate of work effort, required resources, realistic schedule for development

REQUIREMENTS

US Citizenship

BA degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent

4+ years experience programming language APEX, VisualForce

6+ years working with Salesforce.com APEX data loader

6+ working with integrations

6+ years experience leading/mentoring junior developers
