We are looking for senior Salesoforce Functional Analyst with good dexperience with SDLC, Development and Analysis, Designing and architecture, business processes on Lighterning platform for our client in NJ. Immediate interview and Rate DOE. Need to be a great leader, Subject matter expert on Salesforce. Should be able to lead and guide the whole team. WE prefer GC and Citizen only at this time.

Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce platform as a functional analyst

Well versed with SDLC phases such as gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, testing, deployment and documentation.

Solid skills in design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of Lighting applications, preferably Field Service Lightning

Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model and utilization of objects to design business processes

Experience in reviewing configuration and associated development to ensure optimal design of business processes.

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and issues to business stakeholders, application analysts, and client IT teams

Excellent organizational skills with experience in facilitating business process discussions, documenting and managing a task list, and driving open issues to closure.

Good knowledge of Agile methodology
