Cognizant is looking for a Senior Tableau Developer to join our Artificial Intelligence and Analytics practice (AIA) for a remote project. As a trusted advisor, responsible for providing an approach for the overall project. As a domain specialist, you will drive technology discussions and analyze the existing gaps in addressing business needs. You are a thought leader-comfortable challenging the status quo to enhance our current services and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing and implementing reports, dashboards & visualizations
• Experience working in business analytics and/or business intelligence roles
• Advanced experience working with data visualization tool Tableau
• Experience with Database Operations
• Knowledgeable and experience with CRM applications
• Building queries, SQL, database management experience
• Independently manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Consulting with stakeholders to define and determine scope
• Designing and setting up of security, integrations, use configurations, and visualization components
• Creating the technical architecture and defining different features for the solution
• Working with designers, end-users, and stake holders in reviewing scope and developing requirements for data analytics, visualization and business intelligence

Qualifications:

• Passionate coder with 5-8 years of application development experience.
• At least 2 years of implementation experience and proficiency in developing application using Tableau
• Expert level experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.
• Experience developing web-based user interface for business applications
• Automation/scripting experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
