Duration: 6-12 months

W2 with Health and 401k Benefits

REMOTE due to Covid-19, after restrictions will be lifted onsite

SUMMARY

Working on Tableau reporting for various compliance projects,
Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate options for effective solutions, understand audiences and security requirements
Implementing reporting solutions including back end table design, navigating source data governance
Designing ETL solutions
Building and deploying visualizations using Tableau Server.
Create proof of concepts and prototypes.
Implement efficient defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.
Working with architects to identify system sources of record for data elements.
Breakdown business features into technical stories and approaches.
Analyze data and enable machine learning.
Assist in setting technical direction for the team.
Mentor and coach junior engineers.

REQUIRED:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field of study, OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

6 years of data management experience implementing data solutions
Deep knowledge of Tableau.
Experienced with DataStage, Tableau, DB2,
Agile SAFe
Preferred: Neteeza, Hadoop,
Preferred: Experience with analyzing marketing data from Salesforce
