Sr. Tableau Support person that understands deployments (AWS, Servers etc.)

Called a Business Intelligence Lead: Tableau/Alteryx Server Administration

Hands on Leader that can support environments and business unit issues when they create their reports. This is a small team and he will be the 4th person. They do have off hours in England but understand it is a support role and not developing reports in Tableau. They have to really understand servers, systems and infrastructure.

Think of this as a hands on system support person that has to help the business with their reports but supporting the deployments. They must have the latest hands on experience with Tableau with is 10.x

• Must have at least 5 years of Tableau/Alteryx Server administration both on Linux and Windows
• site administration,
• security maintenance,
• reporting

• Should be able to design, implement, and upgrade the Alteryx and Tableau environments.
• 5+ years of writing complex SQL queries
• 2+ years of experience using data integration tools like Alteryx and Tableau (not like has to be experience)
• Should be able to build comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop
• Proven ability to champion business intelligence principles with business owners, data analysts and DBAs
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong shell scripting skills
• Experience with AWS is a plus (not just a plus need to understand and have hands on experience with S2 etc.)
• Experience in data warehouse design and testing, including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and delivery teams to ensure business intelligence platform success.
• Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer etc.
